At Yeshivat He’Atid, our elementary school cultivates a passion for learning within each of our students. Our goal is to nurture lifelong learners who fearlessly embrace challenges, build strong connections with their teachers, and reach their fullest potential with confidence.
Our meticulously designed Judaic and General Studies curricula encourage students to take an active role in their learning and development. Differentiation learning, Hands-on lessons, and collaborative projects engage and support students on their path to becoming confident and self-driven learners. Building connections with their teachers is key. Our small-group instruction enables teachers to gain a deeper understanding of each student, identify their most effective learning styles, and closely track their progress from just a seat away.
Our General Studies curriculum covers English Language Arts, Math, and Social Studies, while Science is brought to life through our esteemed partnership with the renowned Liberty Science Center. As part of our rigorous curriculum, we utilize a variety of assessments and assignments to track student learning and provide enriching activities, projects, and collaborative work to engage students, including field trips and Project-Based Learning exhibitions, which enrich their curricular knowledge beyond the classroom walls.
In Judaic Studies, students are challenged to learn new skills, engage with texts, and think creatively and analytically. We teach Chumash, Navi, Mishnah, Hebrew Language, and Parshat Hashavua through our Ivrit B’ Ivrit learning model and small group rotations. Our passionate teachers are committed to instilling within our students a profound love of Torah, Ruach, and a deep connection to Midenat Yisrael by embracing the values that lie at the core of our Yahadut. Mesibot (Siddur, Chumash, Navi, and Rashi), Technology integration, Israel projects, Chesed opportunities, and a Mishna Fair are just some of the many opportunities the children have to highlight their Judaic Studies learning.
